Paid Time Off

We know that physical and mental health comes first. Our employees are awarded PTO hours so you can prioritize your well-being. Our PTO programs include 56 hours of sick and personal time, as well as 80 hours of vacation each year. Our long-term employees are awarded additional vacation time after reaching each five-year milestone.

Competitive 401K Match

Full-time OnePointe employees are eligible for our 401K retirement plan. OnePointe Solutions will match 100% of the first 3%, and 50% after that, up to 4%.

We understand the importance of work-life balance. Our team offers flexible and hybrid schedules to accommodate our employees’ diverse needs.

Team Building Events

Over the past 15 years we have recognized the importance of a healthy team relationship and its direct impact on the success of our business.
