ELGIN, TEXAS, 2023 – OnePointe Solutions, a leading laboratory and industrial furniture manufacturer, broke ground in February on its new 18,000 square feet warehouse additions at its facility in Elgin, Texas. By expanding, the company aims to address the growing demand for high-quality furniture while enhancing manufacturing efficiency.

OnePointe Solutions (OnePointe) joined the manufacturing industry to create high-quality, custom laboratory furniture. As an end-to-end solution, OnePointe designs, engineers, manufactures and installs its furniture across North America. Today, OnePointe manufactures furniture for laboratory, industrial, government, and educational settings and more recently, catering to the commercial sector.

In 2018, OnePointe Solutions relocated from its previous location in Austin, Texas, to the current facility in Elgin, with the intention of adding to the building in the future as needed. Since then, OnePointe has seen more than a 115% increase in sales and a substantial increase in its workforce.

“We’re excited about this expansion and what it means for our customers,” stated TR Costello, Vice President of Design.

Costello started at OnePointe Solutions in a position on the production floor and has since been with the company for over 10 years, where he specializes in forecasting manufacturing, improving efficiency, and new product development.  

“Our commitment to providing high-quality, custom furniture solutions for commercial, industrial, laboratory, government, and educational settings remains unchanged,” said Costello. “With this new addition, we will be able to better serve our customers.”

The additional warehouse space will be completed in the summer of 2023 and will be used to optimize OnePointe’s manufacturing flow and expand the company’s shipping and packaging department. These changes will allow OnePointe to increase capacity, maintain organization, and maximize efficiency in its production.

With this expansion, OnePointe Solutions is well-positioned to continue providing premium products to its customers and looks forward to adding to its product lines soon.
